How to back up an SSD with a home server system?

Hey!
I decided to assemble a home server and so far everything is at the theory stage.
In general, the idea is this - to put the system (Ubuntu Server) on an SSD, and for data - a mirror RAID array from ordinary HDD drives. If the recovery of a drive from an array is googled with a bang and you can figure it out in principle, then what about the system drive?
SSD is not the most reliable thing. What if it fails, and there was a configured server? How to restore it and how to backup? Is it possible to backup to HDD for data storage and how is this process carried out?

A rather strange idea, I have no idea why the system might need to be installed on an SSD, given that you are building a home server.
and for data - a mirror RAID array of conventional HDD drives.
An even more obscure idea is why a mirror for data might be needed if the system is not mirrored.

Same as HDD.
What if it fails, and there was a configured server?
Raise from the image stored in the archive.
How to restore it and how to backup?
A lot of software, such as clonezilla

I don’t know for sure how to backup hot from under Ubuntu, but it seems that Akronis is also available for Linux. You can definitely remove it and make an image with Acronis on your home Windows computer. In case of problems, deploy it to another SSD in the same place.

The entire SSD can be backed up by Clonezilla or Acronis True Image.
It is logical to regularly backup configs with something like etckeeper during the life of the server.

I recommend looking at an alternative in the form of an SSD cache for LVM.
Acceleration ignoring SSD death ......
