How to avoid repetition in two different documents?

"Need" led me to google docs, I'm new and it's hard for me to figure it out. I ask the Knowledgeable for help The
question is as follows:
I have two documents, each of which will have a column with text (or a link). Is it possible to make the link address or text (exactly) that is already in the "second" document in a similar column, when entered in the "first" document, highlighted with a color (or gives an error)? If so, please tell me how this can be done (or where you can find information on this issue)?
