How to automatically start the monitor when the PC boots?

The situation is this. I have a "raspberry" (Raspberry pi) and a main PC with 1050 msi overclock v1. There is also an old Philips as a monitor. When starting the main PC, I always have to select the port to which the video card is connected, when when starting Malinka, he (TV) chooses the port to which it is connected.
So, how to automatically start the monitor when the PC / video card is started? What could be the problem? Is it possible to solve this problem programmatically or physically?

Raspberry can use hdmi-cec, but the video card in the computer does not. If you really need it, you can buy an external adapter
