Robots are not quite suitable for this, since when the status changes back to UNPROCESSED, the letter leaves again.

Make the field type list "Lead sent": Yes, No - default "No"
When sending a letter, check the value of the field.
If "No" - send a letter and change the value of the field to "Yes"
Thus, it is possible to implement both robots and BP.
