I am now looking for an opportunity to transfer users from one portal to another, but something is not working.
I'm trying to do this:


Uploading occurs in EXCEL, but in the resulting file there are at least no passwords:


But I want to transfer it so as not to create passwords for everyone again.
Ideally, you want to transfer the entire structure, groups, roles.

Is there a way, a tool for this?
If not, then at least just users with passwords.

There is no regular tool for this and cannot be, since the password is hashed by a unique portal signature and there is no way to decrypt it. Accordingly, other solutions will not work.
It is possible to transfer general information about users through the standard import tool, but these are only the user's budgets without their actual actions.
