How to automatically resize a document when creating from clipboard?

Hello! I'm doing a simple action for the first time, it does the following:
There is a layout in Photoshop, I select the desired area - copy the combined data - create a new document from the buffer - and paste the copied, I wrote everything down. But during playback, it creates a document with the dimensions that were during recording, and I need the dimensions to be the same as those of the selected current area.
I don’t understand how to do this so that a document is created from the buffer, but with its own dimensions, and not the original ones when writing?
