How to automatically record calls on android 11?

There is a samsung galaxy m31 phone. Android 11 is installed on it.
Ideally, I need all incoming and outgoing calls to be recorded on the card in mp3.
There is no built-in call recording feature. I have already tried a dozen and a half programs that record calls automatically or at the touch of a button. The call is being recorded, and at the output we get a file of the required length, but without a single sound. How to win it?

This is an illegal function.
Access to recording from the microphone and speaker during a call is blocked deep at the API level.

The recording comes from the speaker, because in Android 10 recording from the line is disabled.
