How to automatically download livestreams to the server?

So there is a VDS - a server with Debian installed.
There is a livestream service - in my case it is twitch.tv.
It is necessary - to make it so that when a broadcast starts on a certain twitch.tv channel - it is recorded on a hard server.
How to do it? At least approximately what tools should be used?
