How to automatically create a bot in telegram using @BotFather?

There was a need to create a "factory of telegram bots". That is, at the click of a button by the user, create a bot for him. However, I did not find in the API documentation whether this is possible or not. Is it possible to make requests to BotFather in automatic mode, or will the user have to do it with his hands and drive in a token.
Tell me, please, is there such a possibility at all? If not through the API, what solution would you suggest?
