Good day gentlemen! Interested in notification methods from redmine to instant messengers, specifically to ICQ_new from mail.ru?
Has anyone implemented something like this? Tell me how to do it?

I know for now there is a Messenger plugin for redmine, but it's for server-side messengers like Roceket Chat. In icq_new, you can create a bot, can you somehow use it? I don't know if the bot can send messages itself and not just reply...
