How do I get a notification for a specific deadline time?

Guys, good afternoon!

In the task, it is possible to specify an end date, but, unfortunately, it is impossible to specify a specific time.

The task as a whole is simple: create a task, set specific deadlines for the solution (deadline), appoint a responsible employee for the implementation of that very task. If the deadline is coming to an end or the deadlines are generally "rotten" - the person in charge (or administrator) should receive a notification about this. It doesn't matter where, whether it's an email or a notification in Jira. (the second option is preferable).

Tell me, is it possible to do this and how?

It is possible to select another field (of type date/time) other than Due Date.
There are no special notifications inside the jira. But you can subscribe to the filter , then letters will be sent to the mail.
The best option is, of course, to set up a dashboard and look directly into the jira with your eyes.
