How to automatically convert google maps to vector objects?

Good afternoon!
There is a question for you (maybe someone has come across this)
A travel application is being developed using Google Maps and After Effects.
We receive from the user the route of his wanderings around the countries in Google Maps.
We need to get objects - borders of territories, coordinates on maps, coordinates of cities and places, routes - in such a way that we can later assemble a stylized map from them.
The designer will be responsible for styling. But we must automatically prepare the source codes for him with clear coordinates, which, say, Photoshop will understand (i.e. convert this route to vector format).
But all this must be done AUTOMATICALLY. I received a route from a user in Google - I received it in vector form (+ borders of territories, coordinates on maps, coordinates of cities and places, their coordinates)
Is it possible to make this?
We will then need to do something like this from Google maps:
s2.hostingkartinok.com/uploads/images/2013/03/5fa4...
And the routes should look something like this:
ustroim-prazdnik.info/_pu/1/s92936966 .jpg
www.gamer.ru/system/attached_images/images/000/134...
Cards must be absolutely authentic. Those. cities and points and roads - we all have to pull from google maps.
It remains only to convert the data into a format accessible to the graphic editor with control coordinates for combining objects.

@maxaon

This seems to be against their user agreement.
Better use OpenStreetMap
If you want it from Google - a browser and a plug-in that will emulate the user.
