How to automatically check if there is a connection on a smartphone?

I have a dual sim android smartphone. The connection periodically disappears - they cannot get through to me, messages do not come. At the same time, network indicators show a good signal. I'll find out about what I "fell out" in a few days, after rebooting the phone - when messages begin to arrive or someone in the conversation mentions that he could not get through.
Are there any applications that will check the connection on both SIM cards and notify me of its absence? Perhaps this is a common problem and can be fixed?

It is necessary to do a periodic reboot of the telephony module, presumably in Tasker. Haven't tried it yet, but it will probably help.

I won’t answer about applications, but try to restore SIM cards at the offices of your operators. The numbers and tariffs will remain the same, only the plastic ones themselves will change.
