How to automate the transfer of tasks to another project in JIRA?

It is necessary to select tasks according to the condition and transfer them to another project. I am using JIRA Automation Lite.
Created a rule. The condition works correctly, selects the necessary tasks. But I can't drag them to another project. I chose "Set entity property" as the action, then:
Entity type - Issue,
Property key - Project,
Property value - IT (this is the key of the project into which tasks should be dragged).
I launch, there are no errors, the result too.
Tell me what am I doing wrong?

atlassian suggests making a clone and deleting the issue, but not moving
