The task is to organize the quality assurance process.
Model requirements:

1. Simplicity
   
2. Transparency
   
3. Ability to organize metrics
   
4. Mandatory support of requirements coverage matrix
   
5. Transparent change management (aerobatics)

It is necessary to organize everything so that the processes of business analysts, developers and testers are covered - BA writes, DEV develops, AMC tests, if the requirement changes - this is visible to all participants in the process.
Please share which model works in your company? How are the requirements, test cases organized?
