How to automate the search for files on the Internet?

Good day to you.
What would you do when faced with the following challenge?
Given:
List of books with imprint
Several tens of thousands of titles
Find:
For each element of the list, try to find and save a link to the electronic version of the book
Reflections:
I would not like the solution that comes first: parse search results; run to develop, but after unsuccessful searches, I strongly doubt that there is a magic button: "do everything right."
Please share links to such Internet services or programs, or/and what technology stack would you recommend to adopt.
PS The example with books can be generalized to links to files of a given extension.
