How to automate the deployment of a site from a local copy to shared hosting?

Hello! I don’t have deep knowledge of development, so I’m mainly engaged in design. The bottom line is that there is a local version of the site on Open Server and there is virtual hosting. I want to organize the work so that after committing to bitbucket, I can upload the changes to the hosting. I plan to do it on Okay-cms, based on Simpla. I ask for advice on how best to do this, maybe through gulp somehow. I will be grateful for the answer!
