How to automate such a process?

I have a report with data for the week, I take it on the site and you can’t see it there, only you can download it in .xls format.
That is, every week you will need to create a new report and download it, then enter the data into google sheets.
How can this process be automated?
Api does not support such functionality, the report is not displayed on the site, so html import will not work.

You can do it using Excel itself, but you will have to write a macro in Excel and a script in google.
1- Log in, download the file
2- Read the file
3- send to Google
4- google script receives the data and puts it into the necessary tables
If access is open, i.e. You don't need to log in, you can do without Excel. Directly from the Google script to download data and parse.
