How to automate printing in Publisher or Pdf?

Given: a document in Publisher format and a list of strings, about three hundred. For each line, you need to print a document that differs from others, in fact, only by this line in the document. Of course, you don't want to do this by hand. Is there any way to automate the process? Say, create 300 files with a replaced string, or a document with 300 pages, the output does not have to be in Publisher, you can use the same Pdf.
From the point of view of the algorithm, I see it something like this, the line %placeholder% is searched in the source file, replaced with a list element, stored in a separate file / page, and all this is repeated for each line of the list.

Total - no way. I saved it in html, then I created a bunch of files with a super-simple script and printed it out from chrome as a result. It is a pity that the office still does not have such functionality.
