How to automate posting to android app?

There is an ads application on android, I want to automate the posting of data into it.
In fact, simplicity is to fill in several fields with a title, description, preferably from an xls, xlsx file, and upload the given pictures.
I didn’t come across programming for android, a solution suggests itself with writing a script on AutoIT, launching an android in an emulator like BlueStack, and automating through a written script.
But of course, something written on android is better ... maybe there is an analogue of AutoIT on Android?

where does the app itself post?
maybe there is an api, or a sniffer to see where to fast and write on something more suitable and not on the local machine?
