How to automate Google Images search using python?

Hello!
I want to learn how to send a query to google images using python. Suppose the user has a picture on the computer, all that the user must specify (input data) is the path to the picture, and in the end he should receive (output data) the answer that is in the picture. Be sure to use Google Images. Please indicate at least in which direction to move.
