Is it possible to hide a site from search engines in specific regions?

Good afternoon. Is it possible to hide a site from search engines in specific regions? For example, to make sure that site materials do not fall into search results in a certain country. And in the desired region, the search engine showed links to the site materials in the usual way. I figured out how to block visitors from other countries (not the target audience) for which the service is not provided. Is it possible to conjure the same with Google or Yandex? Thank you.

This is called cloaking and is punishable by search engines with an eternal ban.
The correct way: no different results either by IP or by user agent. And for each region, make your own subdomain (for example, 77.example.com or moscow.example.com), additionally write the region in the header. And it’s absolutely certain: register with Google / Yandex webmaster and set the region for your site there, if the search engine didn’t guess.

You probably misunderstood me. I don't need a different issue. I do not need the site materials to be shown in the search engine at all, except for the selected region. For example, a search engine displays a list of articles, only for residents of Russia and that's it. The rest does not show anything, as if the site does not exist at all.
