How to attract customers to the freelance exchange?
Hello! I created my own freelance exchange, and in trying to develop it, I faced such a problem of a grandiose scale: how to attract employers? I launched contextual advertising, but only potential performers go. It is clear that without the receipt of tasks from freelancers there will be no trace.
I see a solution like this:
1) Try to drive away advertising in social networks (OK, VK)
2) Wait and hope that customers will appear sooner or later thanks to contextual advertising.
There was an idea to make a personalized newsletter to employers from popular exchanges, but the idea collapsed under the yoke of realities: mail, of course, is hidden from all employers :)
What other ideas can there be to attract customers?
PS: I do not give a link to the exchange so as not to provoke the wrath of the community and the administration for advertising

Make some trick, because people are inert and do not want to try something new again and take risks. And actually why? If outwardly the exchange looks the same as the rest, only less promoted, it has fewer performers and customers. Look, for example, at kwork, they came up with (stolen from the Western counterpart) a rather original idea "everything for 500 rubles" and although in fact not everything costs 500 rubles there, this idea helps them to unwind. You also need some kind of feature, for example, you can make an exchange only for specialists, it will be in demand, because. many customers do not understand the technical details and are afraid to hire an Indian who hangs noodles on their ears and does shit, if at all. But it is very difficult to make such an exchange, keep this in mind.
Firstly, it is worth understanding why employers come to your exchange?
secondly, fl.ru leaked its base with skypes and emails a million times
Can keywords be set up like "I'm looking for an artist" and derivatives from this?
Post fake jobs. Get about fifty fake performers, and respond, creating the illusion of demand. Potential customers will see - the action is in full swing here! And they will register.
the truth about inertia. why try something when you know what you can do as you did. no one wants to leave their comfort zone!
