How to attract an assistant for hourly projects on Upwork?

I work for Upwork, sometimes it happens that I can’t do part of the task myself, but I know the performers who can do it, and I can manage it. How to proceed in this case?
1. Give the performer a login / password from the account? Not very safe.
2. Open an agency? But in this case, you still need to somehow drag the artist to Upwork (setting up a profile for him, going through verification - this is all a long time). Because most often the performers that I know work for Runet

Also faced the same problem.
1. Giving access to your account is not an option at all. There is too much valuable information and access to money.
2. I tried to open an agency, but there is too much trouble with it. You need to drag a person to Upwork, teach how to use a time tracker, create a new contract with the same customer, money from the agency is withdrawn separately from your own money. In the end, I abandoned this option. It is only for those who are really going to develop the agency.
3. As a result, I settled on the simplest option:
- on the shore we agree with the customer that you delegate part of the work, negotiate the price of such work
- your assistant does the work and may not know about Upwork at all, just tells you the number of hours if you agreed on an hourly rate
- you go to Upwork and manually log the corresponding number of hours, or simply ask the customer to make a payment for a fixed amount
- you receive payment from of the customer and pay for the services of an assistant
There is another point that transferring part of the work to another person may be against the rules of Upwork, so it is not worth discussing such a scheme through Upwork Messenger. And since the game has gone into the dark, then another option appears: paying for the services of an assistant to you on PayPal or in another way outside of Upwork.

1. It is not worth giving the performer a login-password. Firstly, you can see a bunch of superfluous things, and secondly, you can be suddenly banned on Upwork for a sudden change in the time zone.
