How to attach a PDF file for sending in a Bitrix web form?

Hello.
There is a site on Bitrix. Used for forms by the standard Web Forms component. I need to attach a file to one of the forms. So that a person enters an e-mail and a PDF file is automatically sent to him. Bitrix out of the box has such functionality. The mail template has an Attachments tab. And there you can attach files, but the PDF format is not attached (for example, JPG is attached and everything is ok). Tell me how to fix this?
