How to assign permissions to subfolders in samba?

There is a server on ubunt which is entered into the domain, it has a file washer on samba. It is necessary to distribute access to domain users by folders, but it was necessary to close access to some subfolders for all users except for some. I've been struggling for a couple of days now and I can't solve it.

Strongly I suspect that by means of Samba it is impossible to make hierarchical access rights. Probably only exaggerating with the access settings using the file system, as Dmitry hinted at above. See how people set up their system: https://habrahabr.ru/post/172115/
