How to assign a task to a new employee through BP?

Good afternoon!

There is a BP "Application for entering a new employee" There are fields prnt.sc/wc6sor that you need for a new employee.
And at the end of the stage of entering a new employee in B24 (the employee is manually imported from ActiveDirect) and completing this stage, you need to assign a task to the new employee.

Before entering into B24, the system administrator, at his step after he has added the user to ActiveDirect, fills in the login field of the new user.
I took the created Login field (login from B24) and indicated the person responsible in the task, I took the full name, but the task is not set.

Please tell me how to assign a task to a new employee?

You have written a BP and most likely there is an error somewhere in the process.
You need to open a business process template and check all the logic of work

Judging by the general description of the problem of a real user in Bitrix24, a BP is not created at startup.
Those. you have configured synchronization according to the budgets of users from AD (they are not created by handles on the portal).
And the process is as follows: launching the BP -> the task for the sys.admin to create a user -> completing the BP
But you don’t take into account a couple of nuances:
1) Importing users from AD is not an instant process, but works out every N-th time.
Those. at the time of creating a user's budget in AD, he can get to the portal only in a day
2) A task can be set for a user only if his budget is in the list of Bitrix24 users.
Thus, until the moment of synchronization of B24 with AD, the task cannot be assigned to it.
Alternatively, you can either make the task automatic for all new employees or create a user budget directly in B24 right away.
