How to resolve the task "Accept" or "Reject"?

For example...
1. The task is to build an object - OK
2. The task is to accept the object - Accept / Reject - If Reject then set the task Follow the comments and so on in a circle

Through the Live feed, I think it will not work, since the management controls the work of the enterprise through the Tasks and projects (see deadlines)

How to resolve this situation in B24?

Now the work is implemented with the help of BP in CRM, consistent task setting.
