How to assign a specific network interface to a specific iP on Mikrotik?

I have 2 providers, both are connected to Mikrotik, ether1 and ether2 ports, respectively, are configured for balancing. LAN has 2 VPS and main machine + WIFI for phones.
Set up speed limits in the Queues section for two VPS. Tell me how to make the first and second VPS work through 1 first provider with the speed assigned to them, and the main machine and wifi through the second one? Balancing in this case is not needed.
