Select wifi AP?

Advise on your experience of using a wifi AP point (with PoE and 1 Gb throughput) to cover 100 meters, the area is blocked by 2 concrete partitions. There will be approximately 30-40 connected devices. It is possible, in principle, and 2 points for this area, the budget is about 15k, I tend to Unifi and Mikrotik.
Suggest the manufacturer and its model, thanks.

Choose an AP, preferably, having previously familiarized yourself with the billing capabilities with which this AP will work. Providers usually have a list of verified vendors and will be ready to help with the setup. If you have your own billing, you can choose any AP and spend hours of fun trying to debug. I do not advise you to use Mikrotik if you have a lousy understanding of how RouterOS works.
Take a closer look at Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei - carrier-class hardware, with excellent recommendations. Perhaps Huawei AP4050DN is what you have enough with a margin and for a long time.
Ubiquiti UniFi AP is well as an option, if the budget is already very cut.
