How convenient is it to exchange files in the office?

The office has 5 computers - all poppies. It is very inconvenient to wait for someone in the airdrop every time, then look for the file and, after confirmation from the second person, only send it. Is it possible to transfer files to any computer on our network without waiting for confirmation? I want everyone to be always available to receive files.
Perhaps there is an alternative to airdrop?
