How to assemble water cooling for a video card?

There is a Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming graphics card . I want to buy an EK-FC1080 GTX G1 - Nickel water block for it in order to minimize noise during strong overclocking.
Help complete the cooling system, preferably from the same manufacturer. I would also like to be able to connect a second similar video card to such a system.
The result should be something like cooling for r295x2 .

Once, the same person was interested in a similar idea, but then he realized that you need to pour water everywhere, even into the memory and the PSU, the CPU cooler cools the memory in passing, and the fan in the PSU turns out to be the noisiest. The price of such a system, taking into account the high reliability of even a home-made one, will exceed the cost of your hardware several times.
ZY Can it is necessary to look towards heat pipes?

forget about unique water blocks, take universal ones, a video card for 5 years maximum, water blocks forever.
