How to assemble a blank on webpack under react?

Hello!
Reading this article , trying to make my first build of webpack + babel + react.
I follow step-by-step, but when I run commands on the command line, npm run build throws the following error :
And when I run npm run webpack-devserver, this
project itself is available here.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Doesn't it bother you that the first webpack is in the manual , and you have the fourth version? Didn't even look at the rest. Look for something fresh, since this article came out, a lot has changed a lot.
Github is full of ready-made boilerplates for every taste. The English-speaking segment is full of fresh articles.
