How to ask for a password each time you access a network folder?

There is an extended folder, when you enter from another device, as it should be, it asks for a log / pass, we work, we close the folder. The next time he enters, he substitutes the previously entered data and enters without identification. You need to ask again.
This can be achieved by restarting the Windows account, but this is not convenient.
Also, if someone knows which user needs to be added, so that WITHOUT a password he would enter this folder, tell me.
Somewhere in the policies it should be set, but I can not find it.

Just like on Windows 7-8.1, open access to the folder, distribute NTFS rights for everyone. Allow access without a password in the network settings (Change advanced sharing settings). If there are other firewalls, configure access to them.

If the shared folder is on a file server, then
Server Manager -> Roles -> File Services -> Share and Storage Management -> share properties -> Advanced -> Enable Access-Based Enumeration
