Organization A needs a dedicated server.
Our organization (B) is engaged in the selection of a hosting company in accordance with the requirements of A and further administrative support of the server.
After we have chosen a hosting company (C), we conclude an agreement with C to provide a server to us (B).
Then we must transfer this server (sublease) A. What type of contract is concluded in this case? Are there any examples?
Our company B does not have a license to provide communication services, so in fact we can only act as an intermediary + provide additional services.
