How to approach the issue of replacing analog potentiometers with digital ones?
There is a boiler with two temperature controls for the DHW and DHW circuits, in the form of two analog potentiometers. I want to do remote control. Putting stepper motors on these handles is somehow not aesthetically pleasing. There was an idea to notice these two potentiometers on digital. How smart is this decision? Or can you recommend something else?

The solution is not correct.
The adjustment you have indicated is not intended to be changed regularly, but exclusively for the general setting of the temperature of the heating circuits. Set once and forget. The temperature of the hot water is regulated by a mixer, the temperature in the room by a thermostat programmer, which can be purchased ready-made or made independently
Лучше энкодеры, типа как в мыше на колесе прокрутки, IMHO.
