How to approach serious web development as an expert in 1C, SQL (+ some html, css, js)?
I know that the attitude towards 1C specialists is very "indulgent", well, like "poor relatives". Therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary questions, I will immediately make a reservation about my experience in 1C and other areas of programming:
- excellent knowledge in 1C (language, architecture features, data storage)
- good and confident knowledge in SQL (own projects for working directly with databases from 1C data (TransactSQL, SQLLite), implementation of own query language, dynamically loaded lists, query optimization)
- intermediate knowledge in html, css (+less)
- minimal knowledge in js (general understanding of the language, little experience with jQuery, AngularJS (own one-page application - mail client, with an interface like Google Inbox, grouping email chains, loading data via ajax (rest api from 1C), processing user actions + all sorts of developments)
- experience with various APIs from Google and other providers (requests from 1C for receiving and exchanging data)
- made the mail client interface using bootstrap (v3), had experience with fullcalendar and dhtmlx - plugins
Honestly, I consider myself in the world of web development at the junior level and even a little lower, since I have never been specialized in web development. Now I want to take a break from 1C and improve my knowledge in this area at least to the level of an average specialist (ideally, of course, a senior, but how will it work out). In the future, I plan to improve my knowledge of mobile application development (there is still darkness in general).
Actually which way to go? The financial issue in the planning horizon of up to six months is not the biggest problem, the only problem is that it is difficult to allocate more than 6-7 hours per working day + 1 day off (10-12 hours) for this area.
The idea was this: to get a part-time job in an organization engaged in web development. Freelancing as a specialist is not suitable, I soberly assess my skills, but I don’t want to lie and I don’t like it. Can anyone suggest the best way to go. I will be very grateful.

The main thing is to choose a clear vector and not scatter.
From my own experience I know - when you want to study something - it turns out in "one breath".
You have a good knowledge base, it is quite possible to earn a stable $1000 per month with such a basis. freelancing (no exaggeration). Believe me, freelancing quickly develops into 3-5 regular large clients and serious orders. But you always have to learn at the same time, and raise the bar. The device in a web studio will bring you more routine, less money, and (perhaps) there will not be enough time for self-study in the direction you want (you will have to go in the direction that they say). Weigh here. At one time I did not go to one studio, now I am only glad that I made such a decision. It is better to work for yourself: more freedom, motivation and development.
Given the extensive experience with MS SQL, ASP.NET is what you need. And both MVC and WebForms. And then learn SharePoint.
This is if you are interested in the development of large projects for business.
If you want to make small sites, then of course PHP is the leader and you need to start with it, and then Python. It is possible for the company also Ruby, but this is very subjective. Someone admires him, and someone is horrified.
make a good 1C training web resource or processing for eshop or ...
