How to apply icc profile to one monitor?

Windows 8.1, two monitors, one of them has a problem with the gamma curve, the icc profile is used for correction.
Previously, when there was only one monitor, I used CLTest. When installing a second monitor, the performance was preserved.
But after reinstalling the OS, the profile does not want to be loaded at system startup.
Feeling that Save and set as startup... only works for the main (#1) monitor.
Perhaps you had to solve such a problem?
