How to analyze the site in terms of usability?

This is a very large topic and it is difficult to get along with general advice here. You can start learning with books by Alan Cooper and Steve Krug.
And the general approaches are as follows:
- analyze site statistics. See where people leave, looking for possible reasons.
- if there is a budget, conduct testing with a focus group. See how they use the sites and perform standard use cases, listen to their opinion, make changes.

I support - read Steve Krug, do not be embarrassed that the book is old.
It has examples of how to analyze usability, conduct testing, and quite a budget.
And so there are resources where you can conduct usability tests, I advise you to google.
