How to analyze the amount of traffic passing through the WAN?

I have purchased from a provider 7Mbit\sec from a traffic provider, Mikrotik RB2011, Wireshark.
The director does not want to increase the bandwidth, I do not know how to prove in numbers that this is necessary.
In Graphing in Mikrotik, the indicators on the WAN interface are more than 10 Mbit \ sec for long periods of time.
How to see the total amount of traffic in Wireshark? The program is complex and I didn’t understand how to manage it, in most descriptions on the Internet it is used for troubleshooting, but I just need to understand how much nominal traffic is going through the WAN interface at a given second.

RouretOS has a speed view feature out of the box. Menu -> Tools -> Graphing. Add a WAN interface there and the utilized channel speed will be shown on the Interface Graphs tab
