How to amplify the GPS GSP signal in the GPS Boxy tracker using an external antenna?

Hello! (In electronics, I don't understand anything at all)

I once bought a bicycle, and I thought about installing a "GPS Boxy" GPS tracker on it.
By analogy with ready-made, but not working solutions in Russia: https://www.sherlock.bike/en/ , www.trojabike.com , https://www.swisstrackgps.com/produkt/swisstrack-g...
Parsing it was on Habré https://habr.com/ru/post/465841/
By itself, it is very weak, and at the same time very compact.

I began to look for the most inconspicuous place in the bike.
As a result, I settled on a cavity in the pipe under the seat, in the frame itself. In general, I stuffed a bauer bank and a tracker there.
This place turned out to be the most secretive and the most unfavorable for the signal. Since the metal reflects the signal.

Next, I started researching options on how to amplify the signal and came across this post.

Question. Can I amplify the same?
Solder there, say, a wire to an external antenna from GPS collars. https:

Will it work? if:
1. Leave the antenna in the frame.
2. Pull it out through the holes from the speed cables. (type it will be imperceptible)

Are there any better solutions?
+ how to solve the problem with amplifying the GSM (LBS) signal?
