How to properly and inexpensively connect a MacBook and PC to two monitors and a TV?

It is necessary to select equipment, indicating either simply technical characteristics and features, or specific samples and / or manufacturers, as well as at least an approximate price (so that the cost of the system is not)
Given:
1. PC with a GTX 770 family video card (2 DVI, 1 HDMI) .
2. Macbook Pro laptop + miniDisplayPort to VGA adapter.
3. 2 monitors (DVi and VGA): one is connected to the PC with a DVI-DVI cable, the second hangs around idle.
4. TV (HDMI).
It is required to solve TWO macro tasks:
I. Connect a PC to a TV for almost full use as a gaming platform. To do this, you need to connect your own PC, gamepad and keyboard for easy launch.
Problems:
1) Choose an HDMI cable 3-4 meters, it is desirable that it holds 4K (this is overkill, while the TV set is only 720p).
2) USB extension cable: do I need signal amplification?
3) A set of keyboard + mouse: better, more or less adapted for games, but not for shooters.
4) Receiver for gamepad: is it possible to connect Juan's gamepad or do I have to wait for the version for Windows? Only Microsoft gamepads are considered, either from Juan or X360
5) Do you need an audio cable?
6) And for a snack: a table for a keyboard mouse (all googled ones cost some wild money, but suddenly there are inexpensive ones).
II. Connect the PC and Macbook to two monitors, speakers, keyboard and mouse with the ability to switch (either a Macbook on BOTH monitors, or a PC). The MacBook's own keyboard and monitor are out of the equation, consider it a second system unit.
Problems, all related to each other:
1) KVM switch: no matter how hard I fought, I can’t determine which one is needed. I came up with only a variant with 2 KVMs for each monitor separately (the keyboard and mouse will also be stuck into one of them).
2) Connecting a macbook to two monitors, how to do it - I have no idea, there is only one input. As the last option, you can use a laptop monitor, but then my workplace will turn into a MCC (and I don’t want to litter it at all).
3) Cables and inputs: DVI or VGA? Accordingly, adapters are needed - which ones? The problem is that VGA with a DVI adapter affects the image (horizontal stripes are observed in some games), but I had a DVI-A adapter with few legs, maybe it messed up.
In general, here. I would be grateful for at least individual solutions to each of the problems.

Gamepad - only wireless xbox 360. You can save money and take a wired one, but it's inconvenient with a wire, it's not worth it. The gamepad from Juan only works with a wire, the receiver for a PC was not promised. In the furnace with a wire. You can take the xbox 360 gamepad itself separately, the receiver from the Chinese separately (it costs ridiculous money, about $ 9-12), but it's better to take the original kit. In Russia, you will find his horseradish, I ordered it on Amazon. The price turned out to be the same as the original gamepad + Chinese receiver, and it turned out cheaper than if you took only the gamepad itself in Russia.
HDMI cable. If short 3-4 meters - any decent looking with aliexpress. It costs no more than 5 dollars. There is no point in taking a cool, branded one, money down the drain. Or look in Russia at pre-crisis prices. Again, it makes no sense to take on growth with support for 4k (HDMI 2.0). It costs much more, now it is not needed, when it will be needed, it will already become much cheaper. And the vidyushka will not pull any 4k. You can take a cheap HDMI 2.0 cable from the Chinese, but you still can’t check whether it will work. A poor-quality HDMI cable can be seen immediately. This is a digital cable, it either transmits an image or does not transmit. If it is of poor quality, then either there is no image at all, or flicker, dots, etc. Immediately visible. Cables costing hundreds and thousands of dollars are a scam. Cables with a length of 5-10 meters already place great demands on the quality of workmanship,
The choice of keyboard and mouse is purely individual and is the subject of fierce holivars. For example, I like logitechs.
The maximum length of the USB cable according to the standard is 5 meters.
What Macbook? There were a bunch of them, with different connectors.
