Is it worth buying capacitor kits on Aliexpress? I would like to order from 300 pieces of the most popular options.
I heard from a friend that Ali is selling used food. components, but I did not find anything like that.
I also want to buy a capacitor capacitance tester - what can you advise?

On Ali, you can easily run into sellers of illiquid assets - a sort of dregs of production.
There are also such miracles
So be careful - do not get fooled by a freebie.
As for the capacitance meter, rummage through the radiocat and easyelectronics on request "ESR meter", there were discussions, I myself use the RLC UNI-T UTM1611 but it's a little expensive to play around with :)

If you are going to take a lot, compare prices with our online stores of radio components. They usually have a minimum order amount plus shipping costs.
