What IO module would you recommend for a smart home?

Hello comrades!
To implement your smart home project with courtesans and blackjack, you need an io module with at least 32 channels (16/16), and having a normal connection to the PC (the control software is written in c #), ideally I would like a usb connection and more with normal drivers or api (but it’s not harmful to dream) -
Googling this question found a lot of Chinese on Ali, then there are 8-10 channels maximum, and the connection interface leaves much to be desired (judging by the reviews).
Advise in which direction to dig, you can even some industrial copy, I'm ready to give 300 bucks (well, or a little more) for such a miracle.

Hello!
You can look at something from Aries products if you are ready to write yourself.

If I'm not mistaken, then through the RS232/485 adapter you can try to make friends with a PC.
There are ready-made inexpensive solutions like kit.dom-automation.ru
True, at 300 USD. it will still be hard to keep up.
Many publish something Arduino, but, apparently, not your case.

Maybe something like this would work? Inside RPi, but you can also use C#
