How to always display the language icon in Windows 7?
The language change icon disappears for programs launched under another user. In this case, the language change key combination works fine. It just doesn't show which language is selected.
I do this: Shift + right click on the program (any program, even a calculator, anywhere - in the taskbar, in the start menu, on the desktop). Then select "Run as different user". I enter a username and password. And voila, if the application window has focus, then the current language is not visible.
