Why does the PC server go to sleep?

Hello everyone!
There is a 24/7 PC (acting as a server) running Windows 10 build 1803. The power plan says to never put the PC to sleep, turn off drives, or turn off the screen. This PC does not have access to the Internet; updates did not arrive. The PC is connected to an APC UPS (rack-mount two-kilowatt), including via the USB interface, i.e. The UPS is defined as a regular battery. Keyboard, mouse and monitor are also connected. No other devices are connected. The PC itself is connected to a local network that does not have access to the Internet.
For six months the PC worked fine, and now it has started to fall asleep spontaneously.
Before going to sleep, the PC leaves the following information in the logs:

Driver \Driver\WSDScan for SWD\DAFWSDProvider\urn:uuid:434e4238-4a42-4c4b-4a39-c8d3ff0ecb06/uri:1cd4F16e-8668-a7a0-4497-0014deadbeef/Scanner1 stopped power mode change.

And here it is:
The system goes into sleep mode.
Reason: Application API

It is worth hitting the spacebar and the PC wakes up. How to make sure that he does not fall asleep? Who sends him to sleep?

here I added a lot of things with links and comments, but accidentally turned off the PC
, so here, catch https://bit.ly/IqT6zt I think it would be better to manage power settings in the WIN + R
group policy gpedit.msc computer conf> adm templates> system> power management> sleep settings allow different sleep modes s1-s3 (both set to disabled) then in cmd on behalf of the admin gpupdate / force now we don’t have any sleep at all, but no sleep - no problem))) If there is time , personally, I would get confused and deal with it (WSDScan) for good . By the way, there is a similar topic on the toaster. sorry, I can’t find her story anymore, all cases have been deleted (
but my way is the best (99.9% working variant) because of the scribbling that I would suggest
