How to already use these SVGs?

Good afternoon, I can’t figure out how to work with these SVGs. Just so that when hover could change color and so on. I searched in Google BUT
1) it doesn’t go through an object, you can’t set fill on hover, it blocks
2) insert it like code, it works, but it really spoils the html structure.
Are there already other ways, or do I need to include a JS library that expands the svg code:?

hover works on svg but not everywhere, i.e. not cross-browser
hover behavior / event should be replaced with js: onmouseover + onmouseout
you can insert / apply svg as an img tag, object, background
is often used as use, simbol well, or just like svg
