How to allow RDP from only one external IP on ZyXEL Keenetic Giga 2?

Firmware is standard latest.
Firewall rules allow you to allow connections from a specific IP, but subsequent blocking of all RPDs blocks that one as well. How to allow one IP and deny connections from all others?

the first rule is not to use the standard rdp port for logging in, but change it to any other one, and you will be blocked
