How to allow all sites through squid?

Comrades, I ask you not to kick too hard, I'm not special in *nix or pfsense or squid. I'm just trying to figure out what was heaped up before me. Situation: there was pfsense with squid, everything worked fine, but there was a failure, and through this bundle everything stopped working (I understand that I am explaining chaotically in lamer, but what is ...) The task was set to restore the work. I follow this manual: fadmin.ru/article/nastroyka-pfsense-v-kachestve-ko... At the moment, the situation is as follows, it seems that the proxy works, but if the site is not included in the Whitelist in Squid Access Control Lists, it does not opens. Everything is needed urgently and quickly, but since this is a new area for me, it takes a long time and not very much :(
Please tell me (preferably using webGUI) how to enable all sites bypassing Whitelist in Squid Access Control Lists?

@efcadu

Check on the General tab whether the "Allow users on interface" checkbox is checked.
If it's not worth it, put it on.
Or enter your local subnet in the Allowed subnets field.
