How to allocate the grant budget?

I am applying for grant funding for the development of a learning platform, in fact it is a site on lms moodle with its own modifications plus a mobile application. Budget ~$15,000. The grant can only be spent on the purchase of equipment ! Everything will work on VDS hosting. What are the costs to indicate in the business plan so that it is reasonable and can be justified?

Get out of there. You still have to share, and then they will take you by the gills, asking you to present the equipment purchased with a grant.
